Terms of use
Version 2026-10-12. What we agree when you use CineAthens, the website or the apps. How we handle your data is on the Privacy page.
Who and what
CineAthens ("we": Konstantinos Tsopanakis (sole trader), Chalkokondyli 35, 104 32 Athens, Greece, ΑΦΜ 105774777, hello@cineathens.gr) shows what Athens' cinemas are playing, where and when. It is free, without ads, and everything works without an account.
The programmes
The programmes are the cinemas' own, from their own pages; the films' details are from the cinemas and TMDB. We check them as well as we can, but times and screens change: before you set off, what the cinema says goes. Tickets are booked with the cinema, not through us.
Your account
The account is optional and free, and keeps your films and cinemas. One per person; keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete it whenever you like from My films.
Fair use
Don't try to get at data that isn't yours, overload the servers or copy the programmes in bulk. We may stop an account or address that does.
The service
We do what we can to keep it running and right, but can't promise it never stops or never has a mistake, and features may change. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from a wrong programme or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new date; if you don't agree, you can delete your account. Greek law applies.
